Drafts and preview side by side
Off-site is where you create and review third-party content that AI engines can cite. The list of drafts sits on the left and the selected draft opens on the right, so you can step through drafts and read each one in place.
Pick a draft and it opens on the right as it will be published. The example uses a fictional brand.
- Draft and Live at the top split what still needs review from what is already out, with a count for each.
- Filter by channel with Editorial, Tistory, Social and Action, and by status with Not reviewed, In review and Reviewed.
- Topics, Date and Search content find a draft quickly. Turn on By topic to group drafts under their topics.
Preview what readers will see
The preview follows the shape of each channel. An editorial article reads like the publication it is written for, with its name, title and body. A Reddit post shows its subreddit, title and body like a real post. You see what readers will see before anything goes out.
Review, reject and publish in one place
Change a draft's status right under the preview.
- Review opens the draft so you can edit it yourself.
- Reject returns a draft that needs work.
- Publish puts a finished draft live.
- Each draft shows when it was created and last updated.
Take a Reddit draft straight to Reddit
Reddit posts have to go up from your own account, so Copy takes the body and Open subreddit takes you to the right community. Paste and post, with no retyping.

- From September you can reopen and edit off-site articles that are already published.
- From October drafts open in the same editor as On-site, so both screens work the same way.
