ChatGPT answers in ChatGPT's own layout
ChatGPT now shows many answers as cards, maps and choice fields instead of plain text. Since October 16 the answer panel draws them the same way, so you see the screen a shopper actually saw.
- Cards with photos, badges and prices sit side by side.
- Questions about places show ChatGPT's map with its pins. Use the expand button to see it larger.
- The choice fields ChatGPT adds under an answer appear with their default options, so you can see what ChatGPT asked the user next.
- Your brand and competitors are underlined in card titles too.
Cards and media from Gemini, Google AI Mode and Naver
Since October 24 other engines' answers keep their layout as well.
- Gemini and Google AI Mode place cards appear in the answer with photos, prices and opening status.
- Photos and videos attached to an answer appear with it.
- Naver answers keep their cards, source chips and briefing.
Try it
Open an answer from Mentions or Prompts and check whether your product has a card and which competitor cards sit next to it. Use the camera icon at the top right to save the answer as an image for a report.
