Lay out your prompts like a map
Choose Map at the top right of Prompts and every prompt you track spreads out in space. Similar prompts cluster into topics, and you can see how each connects to your brand at the center.
Each dot is one prompt. Cluster labels name the topic and how many prompts it holds. The example uses a fictional brand.
- Topics, Mention, Stage and Search intent change how prompts are grouped. Pick Mention to split prompts that mention your brand from those that do not.
- Drag to rotate and scroll to zoom. Switch between 2D and 3D, or go full screen.
- Use Filters on the right to keep only some topics, and click one in the Topics list to look closer.
A topic-first Details view
The Details view puts one topic per row, with its prompt count, Mention rate, the Top Brands that appear in its answers, and Intent.
- Click a topic's name to open its mention rate, responses, search volume and top brands on the right. Click the rest of the row to expand its prompts underneath.
- Star important topics to mark them as Priority, and gather them with the Priority filter.
- Prompt scope narrows the list to the prompts you want, and Version shows how your prompt set has changed.
- Import and Download move prompts in and out in bulk.
Read the actual answer to every prompt
Expand a topic and click a prompt to open the answer panel on the right. It shows how AI actually answered that question, word for word, engine by engine.
Switch engines with the icons at the top and days with the arrows beside the date. The example uses a fictional brand.
- Your brand and competitors are underlined in the answer, and the top shows the answer's mentions, SoV, sentiment and number of sources.
- When an engine shows a map of places or product cards with its answer, the panel shows them too.
- Save as image, the camera icon at the top right, saves the answer as an image you can drop into a report.
AI exposure per product
Products gathers the products on your official site and shows how often each appeared in AI answers and how many citations it got. In categories where shopping cards appear, you can also see where your product was placed and which seller AI pointed to.
Changes to how mention rate and share are measured
- Questions that name your brand tend to get answers that mention it, so Mention rate and Mention rate by topic now open with those prompts left out. Choose All in the Brand filter to include every prompt.
- Automatically found competitors are tracked up to 30, and the list no longer shifts between analyses. Workspaces now tracking more competitors may see a lower Share of voice than before.
