Tasks for every member, and a steadier competitor list

Every workspace member can now open Tasks. The competitor list no longer shifts from one analysis to the next, and the main pages remember the filters you last chose.

Tasks, open to every member

Every member of the workspace can now open Tasks. See where each on-site and off-site piece stands, and review content before it is published.

  • Use Assignee settings to choose who gets on-site and off-site tasks by default.
  • Work left over from earlier weeks leads each column.
  • This week shows progress against the weekly target.
  • On-site indexing under Live shows how many of your live on-site pages are indexed and how many remain.

A competitor list that holds steady

When the list is refreshed from AI answers, an automatic competitor leaves only after falling short twice in a row, not after one weak analysis. A new competitor joins once it appears in at least 1% of answers.

  • A competitor you delete is not added back automatically.
  • Choose Keep on list in a competitor's menu to stop automatic updates from replacing it.

You'll find the list under Settings, on the Profile tab.

Competitor changes reach the last 30 days

When you add a competitor or change its Aliases, the last 30 days of analyses are recomputed to count the mentions under the new names. It can take a little while to show.

Your filters, as you left them

Overview, Visibility, Citation, Performance, Analysis boards, Prompts and other main pages remember the filters you last chose. Period, region, AI engine, topic and more are saved in this browser for each person and workspace, so a page opens the way you left it.

A link that carries filters still opens with those filters.
